REFUNDS
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective, please contact us at contact@jnjstudios.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
RETURNS
Please email contact@jnjstudios.com.au to request a return for defective items. JNJ Studios reserves the right to accept items based on the following criteria:
- Be returned within 14 days of receiving the package
- Be in original packaging and tags
- Be in original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
If considered defective then JNJ Studios will cover return postage, refunds or replacement of the item(s).
